Welcome to the Budo Tournament App (“the App”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and all services operated by goodapps.tech (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the App.
1. Use of the Service
You may use the App only for lawful purposes. The App is designed for martial arts clubs, tournament organizers, and registrants within the United States. You agree not to misuse or interfere with the proper operation of the App or its underlying systems.
2. Accounts & Registration
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Event Registration & Participation
The App provides tools for martial arts event registration, athlete management, and administrative workflows. You acknowledge that goodapps.tech is not an event organizer and is not responsible for event execution, safety, supervision, or outcomes.
3.1 Payment Processing
If payments are collected through the App, they may be processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card information.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content and data you enter into the App, including athlete information, registration details, and profile data. By using the App, you grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and display this information solely to operate the service.
5. Privacy & Data Practices
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and handling practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.
This App is intended for U.S. users; GDPR generally does not apply. However, we comply with applicable U.S. privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
6. Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from:
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempting to breach, disable, or disrupt the App
- Scraping or harvesting data without authorization
- Impersonating any person or entity
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding its reliability, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, goodapps.tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including injuries, data loss, service interruptions, or event-related issues.

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
